Outside Security Cameras To help keep our home and guests safe, we have the following exterior security devices: 3 Ring cameras (front door, above the garage, and backyard facing the pool/back entrance) — these record only when motion is detected. 3 additional hardwired cameras (front porch, outside garage, backyard) — These are old cameras that do not work. We will be removing them shortly. A party prevention device that monitors sound decibel levels (it does not record conversations or audio).

We have two beautiful parks within walking distance. One features a very interactive and fun play park as well as walking and running paths. The other has a fishing pond with nature trails and a large covered picnic area.

Guest Access

Guests will have full private access to the: - Main house - Pool - Patio - Self-check-in with a smart lock - Arrival at any time after check-in. Parking - 3 vehicles - Please do not block access to the backyard guest house, which is also a rental. Host Storage - The garage and owner’s supply closets remain locked and are not available to guests. Extra Guests - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. - Please refer to our house rules for visitor policies and additional guest fees.
