Good to know

The studio is comfortable, stylish, and private. You will find everything you would find in a large hotel suite. We have a kitchenette with an induction hot plate to prepare a light meal. We have a TV with a Roku so you can stream on your favorite Netflix shows. (no cable provided) We provide a microwave, induction hot plate, utensils to cook a one-pot meal, a Keurig coffee maker as well as a water cooler providing fresh cold and hot water while supplies last. Our place has a two-compartment mini freezer and refrigerator. Everything is new and ready for you to use. Private entrance, convenient parking right outside the door. We have two units. The only thing you share is the walls in between like a duplex. There is a door that leads to our supply closet. The supply closet is not accessible to our guests. This is the best-kept secret in North Texas! Shhh, the secret will be out soon! : ) OUTSIDE SECURITY CAMERAS: We have three security cameras. 1) on the side of the building with the view of the entry to your place., 2) one on roof with the view of the second studio entrance, 3) with the view of the main driveway coming from the main house. These cameras are only recording when activated by motion.

Other Details to Note

The studio's driveway is shared with our house that is in front. Please drive very slow as there are sometimes children. If for any reason the main driveway is blocked kindly knock on the door and ask them to move. It should never happen, although if it does that is what you should do. Also, notify me asap so I can get it taken care of. If your stay requires more than 28 days we ask that you book an addition to the Airbnb reservation, as any longer would constitute a long-term rental agreement. We want to make sure everyone's expectations are met accordingly. If your stay is longer than 7 days we require a cleaning once a week with a $25 fee. We will change the sheets and provide fresh towels for stays over 7 days. We require all guests who are staying or VISITING the property are registered as part of the reservation. This is a requirement of Airbnb's and ours as our insurance company requires it. We charge $25 per guest for the entire reservation, STAYING OR NOT STAYING.

Neighborhood

We live in a very affluent neighborhood. Our neighborhood is very safe and community oriented. We are very close to several major shopping hot spots. Southlake Town Center, grapevine mills mall which is a huge indoor mall that is 8 miles away. There are several movie theaters peppered around us. You will have access to a wonderful park just across the street that often doubles as our workout park as there is a very nice paved path as well as a really cool playground. We are less than a mile from the fire station and just a mile off of 114 which is very convenient.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to one complete side of our building which includes an entirely PRIVATE studio, living space, kitchen area, table, and couch as well as a comfy Tempur-pedic King size bed as well as a sofa bed on the couch. We reserve the right to host guests over the age of 25. The guest will be asked to verify ID

Find us

You can uber or Lyft to our property very easily. It's about a 2-mile walk to any restaurant although we do have several places that will deliver. Make sure the uber driver access the property from Dove. Do not let them drop you off in the neighborhood behind our property.
